All children are unique and the amount of time that a child takes to settle into our Nursery can vary enormously. Therefore, children will be given time to settle in at their own pace, so as to make them feel welcome, safe and confident in a new environment.
We encourage parents to help during this time.
Our Nursery Nurses are trained to communicate with families we make time to chat with parents about their children at any time.
Each baby receives a daily diary which will provide communication between home and nursery.
Our fees are variable depending on how often your child attends.
Contact the Nursery Office on 01843 851264 for details on fees.
We offer flexible ways to pay but do not accept Cheques, however all major credit and debit cards can be used, cash, direct debits or online banking payments can be arranged.
Mother Goose is open from 8.00 am until 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Nappies, creams, wipes if you have a preference, and a complete change of clothes in a clearly marked bag with all clothing initialled on the labels in black marker.
We do have a small stock of spare clothing but feel children are happier in their own clothes if possible.
Mother Goose is only closed on Bank Holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year.
Each child is allocated a key person who will be responsible for monitoring the child's progress and keeping records about each child in their care.
Parents can view their child's records at any time and we welcome their input. The key person is also the first point of contact for parents and daily updates can be made to meet the needs of each individual child.
